PokePower is an online store. Products can be ordered online. Products that are in stock are delivered within a few working days, personal pickup is also possible by prior agreement via info@poke-power.com
All products except "PokePower" products are original licensed products from global manufacturers. Products are licensed and manufactured by the company listed as the manufacturer on the item itself.
The products are packed in the manufacturer's original packaging. All products are in English or unless a different language is marked on the item.
The products in the "PokePower" range are PokePower copyrighted products.
We deliver the order to the address you will provide when placing the order.
Delivery of products is currently possible to all European countries.
With every order, you receive a tracking number that you can use to track where the package is at any given moment (except for personal collection).
The cost of delivery varies depending on the country to which the order is sent. The delivery price is also affected by the weight of the shipment.
Delivery is calculated at the end of the purchase, it is visible in the last step before submitting the order.
After placing the pre-order, it is necessary to wait for the official release of the product and the distribution of the products.
The official results of the products are at least tentatively written in the product descriptions.
We cannot ship pre-orders before the official release of the products and before the actual receipt of the products in our warehouse. The products will definitely be available and we will ship them to you as soon as we receive the stock.
HOW DO YOU NOTIFY ABOUT PRE-ORDER ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES?
You will be informed about the expected delivery dates of your orders via e-news, and all information will also be available via email info@poke-power.com
IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET THE PRODUCT ON THE OFFICIAL RELEASE DATE?
The vast majority of products are received before the official release date, so we can allow customers to receive or pick up the ordered products on the official release date.
You do not need to register to make a purchase. You can also make a purchase as a guest. Unfortunately, guests are not entitled to all the benefits that you receive when shopping online as a registered user.
You can cancel the order before the order has been shipped. To cancel, please send us your order number to info@poke-power.com
If your order has already been sent and accepted by the courier service, you can refuse your package to the delivery service or return the goods undamaged and unopened to our headquarters (right to withdraw from the contract). CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
You can change the content of the order if you agree on this with us in advance. Prior approval is required before the content of the order can be changed. To change your order, please contact info@poke-power.com with your order number and desired change
If your order has already been shipped and is with the delivery service, unfortunately you can no longer change the order. You can refuse delivery of the order. If you have already received the goods, you can return unwanted products (unopened) as part of the right to withdraw from the contract.
CAN I COMBINE MY ORDERS?
If you have ordered several products in separate orders, you can combine them into one shipment by prior agreement. For an agreement, write to the email address info@poke-power.com
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
You can expect the shipment to the selected address within 2-10 working days. With every order, you receive a tracking number with which you can follow the shipment (except for personal collection).
For products that are not in stock, the delivery time is longer, and lasts from 20 days to 30 days or, exceptionally, even more, depending on the intended release of the products. The release date of the product is indicated in the description of the individual product. If there is no date, write to us.
