Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel, please provide us with your order number at info@poke-power.com

If your order has already been shipped and accepted by the courier service, you can refuse your package to the delivery service or return the goods undamaged and unopened to our headquarters (right to withdraw from the contract). You can find more information in the general terms and conditions of the PokePower online store.

Where is your PokePower store located?

Our physical store can be found in Ljubljana, Glonarjeva ulica 4. In addition to on-site purchases, we also offer the largest gaming space for TCG games in Slovenia, where tournaments, gatherings, and demo games are held.

What if I want to speak to our team?

We want to talk to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We'll be sure to respond within 48 hours. Please note, however, that inquiries submitted on Friday will receive a response the following Monday (maybe even sooner).

Are the products original?

All products, except for "PokePower" products, are original licensed products of global manufacturers. The products are licensed and manufactured by the company listed as the manufacturer on the item itself. The products are packaged in the manufacturer's original packaging. All products are in English, unless a different language is marked on the item. The products in the "PokePower" offer are PokePower copyright products.

Can I combine my orders?

If you have ordered multiple products in separate orders, they can be combined into one shipment by prior arrangement. For an agreement, please email info@poke-power.com

Can I change my order?

You can change the content of your order if you agree with us in advance. Prior approval is required before changing the content of your order. To change your order, please contact info@poke-power.com with your order number and the desired change.

If your order has already been shipped and is with the delivery service, unfortunately you can no longer change the order. You can refuse delivery of the order. However, if you have already received the goods, you can return unwanted products (unopened) as part of your right to withdraw from the contract.

Do I have to register to buy?

You do not need to register to make a purchase. You can also make a purchase as a guest. Unfortunately, guests are not entitled to any benefits that you receive when shopping online as a registered user (if we offer them).

Pre-orders

When are pre-order products available?

After placing a pre-order, you must wait for the official release and distribution of the product. The official product releases are at least roughly stated in the product descriptions.

We cannot ship pre-orders before the official release of the products and before the actual receipt of the products in our warehouse. The products will definitely be available and we will ship them to you as soon as we receive the stock.

Is it possible to get the products on the official release date?

We receive the vast majority of products before the official release date, so we can enable customers to receive or pick up their ordered products on the official release date.

Delivery

How much does it cost to deliver a package?

Delivery prices vary depending on the country to which the order is being shipped. The weight of the shipment also affects the delivery price. Delivery is charged at the end of the purchase, visible in the last step before placing the order. Delivery for orders above a certain value is free.

Which countries do you ship to?

We will deliver your order to the address you provide when placing your order. Products are currently available to all European countries, with the following islands and territories excluded: Cyprus, Malta, Greek islands, Portuguese islands and Spanish islands.

With each order, you receive a tracking number that you can use to track where the package is at any given time (except for personal pickup).

How long does it take to receive my order?

You can expect your shipment to arrive at your chosen address within 2-10 business days. With each order, you will receive a tracking number with which you can track your shipment (except for personal pickup).

For products that are not in stock, the delivery time is longer, and lasts from 20 days to 30 days or exceptionally even more, depending on the planned release of the products. The product release date is stated in the description of the individual product. If there is no date, please contact us.

Returns and refunds

How can I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving the package. The product must be undamaged, unopened, in its original packaging and with all accessories included.

  1. Please contact us at info@poke-power.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
  2. We will send you instructions and a return address.
  3. The return costs are covered by the buyer, unless the wrong or damaged product was sent.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will refund your purchase price in the same way as payment was made, no later than within 14 days.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Upon receipt of unused, undamaged goods in the same quantity and in the original packaging, we will refund your purchase price in accordance with the law (as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods).
