Delivery
Delivery will be handled by a courier service. The delivery cost is charged before payment is processed. After receiving the delivered goods, you will also receive the original invoice with all order details electronically at the registered email address. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service provider or for damage to the packaging. The buyer should inspect the received goods immediately and in case of any damage, contact the courier service provider right away, who will prepare a damage report together with the recipient.
Delivery Times
The delivery time for products in stock is usually 2–10 business days. If the delivery time is exceptionally longer, you will be informed on the product page where the expected delivery date will be indicated. For products not in stock, the delivery time is longer and ranges from 20 to 30 days, or sometimes even longer. We suggest contacting us at info@poke-power.com when ordering products that are not in stock, and we will gladly inform you when the desired products will be available.
Delivery Times for Legal Entities
The estimated delivery time is determined by PokePower (hereinafter referred to as the “provider”) based on information from its suppliers and manufacturers. This is a realistic timeframe to complete all activities necessary for order fulfillment and delivery. The provider communicates the exact delivery time to the customer once the order is placed and the advance payment is made to the supplier.
If the customer wishes to receive delivery on a specific day, they must notify the provider at the time of inquiry. The provider will enable the desired delivery if feasible.
If the customer does not notify the desired delivery date on time, or notifies it after the offer has been confirmed and the order is already in process with the supplier, the delivery date stated by the provider at the time of order placement will apply. If the customer cancels the order because of this, they must pay the full amount stated in the final offer or invoice. The provider assumes no liability for damages incurred by the customer in this regard.
The provider delivers the ordered goods to the customer after payment, as agreed in the offer or invoice. At the customer’s request, products can be shipped via express mail. Delivery costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed. Delivery times depend on the logistics service. The provider does not guarantee delivery within the stated timeframe in special circumstances such as increased demand from the manufacturer or supplier around holidays or other periods, order processing issues, adverse weather conditions or impassable roads, and other unforeseeable factors.
In cases of extraordinary circumstances beyond the provider’s control (e.g., the supplier failing to deliver on time), the provider will notify the customer of the delay reasons and the extended delivery deadline including the new delivery date.
If the delivery date changes, the provider will inform the customer as soon as they learn of it. If the provider is unaware of any change (e.g., not notified by the supplier or courier), they are not obligated to inform the customer.
If the customer delays delivery of materials necessary for project execution or feedback, the provider is not responsible for any delays within the estimated delivery time or any resulting damages to the customer.
Delivery times may vary daily due to increased orders, upcoming holidays, or other special events, about which the provider will notify the customer in advance.
If the supplier no longer accepts orders with a specific delivery date due to increased demand, the provider is not obliged to accept orders with that delivery date. Products will be delivered at the earliest possible date.
Risk of loss or damage to the dispatched or handed-over goods transfers from the provider to the customer when the courier service takes possession of the goods. From that moment, the provider is not responsible for losses, errors, or damages occurring during transport until delivery to the customer.
If the customer agrees to pick up the goods personally, the risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to the customer at the moment of receipt (at the agreed time), even if the customer fails to pick up the goods within the agreed timeframe.
