Free shipping over €100 to Slovenia and over €250 to other EU countries.

REFUNDS

Any product purchased from the PokePower store can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be in its original packaging.

  • personal collection available every day between 17:00 and 19:30, advance notice is required at info@poke-power.com
  • delivery between 2-3 working days for products in stock
  • purchases are delivered in an environmentally friendly cardboard box, pasted with degradable PokePower tape, the products inside the box are wrapped in paper.
